These boulevards build up dirt over time, so once in a while we’ll have a customer that just wants it shaved back down level with the sidewalk. Looks and functions much better!

We can scrape off the topsoil and vegetation and do a rough grade/buildup which is what is required before a final packing material grade and concrete!
